My name is Karl McGilligan and I a dedicated professional in the field of emergency services public health, where my passion for public well-being converges with my expertise in strategic leadership and crisis management. With an accomplished background spanning 20 years in the public sector, I have played integral roles in orchestrating effective responses to emergencies, fostering community resilience, and shaping policies that prioritise public health outcomes.

My journey within emergency services public health has been characterised by a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Armed with a Master of Public Health (MPH - Distinction), I have continually sought to enhance my knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of emergency response in an ever-evolving landscape. This is supported by a clinical registration, as a HCPC registered Paramedic (PA42769).
