Keyholding Service   safe, secure keyholding for your home. We will become your first keyholder for alarm companies and police.

• Alarm Call    Attendance at your property following an alarm activation or police call.
• £ free call out (includes 1st 30 minutes) then £12/ hour.
• House Entry  Should you misplace your keys we will let you back in your house.
• £ included in annual fee.
• Home Check  An internal / external check of your home including, if necessary feeding of pets, watering of plants and removal of mail from view.
• £ 12 / visit.
• External Patrol  An external visual check of your home.
• £ from £3 / visit.
